The WVU Equestrian Team is excited to start out the fall 2007 semester. The WVUET consists of both English and Western riders, for a total of 75 members for the fall season! The English Team are now two-time Regional Champions (picture above) and is looking for its third Championship this season. The team is competing in 6 meets this Fall against 16 other schools in the surrounding Region. The first meet being WVU's Home Meet on Sunday, September 30th 2007 at Valley Ridge Farm in Masontown, WV. The team is looking to acquire enough points throughout the 2007-2008 year in order to compete at Zone III Zone Finals, with the hopes of moving on to the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association Nationals held in Los Angeles, California. The team is also looking for sponsorships and donations to help reach their goal of Nationals!
