1. We try to ship all orders within 48 weekday hours. For example, if you place an order with USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) on Monday at 6:30pm, it should ship by Wednesday morning, and should be received no later than Saturday (based on USPS policies).

2. All returns must be made (postmarked) within 14 days of receipt.

3. Upon an approved return, you will be reimbursed the amount of the original purchase minus the shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. All underwear is non-refundable.

5. Once apparel has been worn or washed, it becomes non-refundable.

6. As a web-based retailer, sales tax is calculated per the state used in the shipping address. All West Virginia sales are subject to a 6% sales tax. Sales tax will be calculated at checkout.

7. Generally, we are nice people. If you have a problem, we'll do our best to solve it... of course, within reason.
